VISIÓN GENERAL

Basado en el paquete GPR-DI, el paquete GPRP-DI es una plataforma versátil y adaptable para el funcionamiento de motores de inyección directa de hasta doce cilindros (en función del hardware) que utilizan inyectores directos inductivos y bombas de combustible de inyección directa síncrona, como Bosch HDP5 o Hitachi HFS034, que también incluye el control de la caja de cambios por levas mediante actuadores conmutados.

Se incluyen muchas características auxiliares que se encuentran comúnmente en los coches de carreras, tales como anti-lag, interruptores del conductor (interruptor de boxes, habilitación de lanzamiento, ajuste de sobrealimentación, etc.), control de la caja de cambios, control de golpes, sprays del intercooler, control de lanzamiento, bombas de refrigerante de la caja de cambios, bomba de aire del cambio de marchas y control de tracción. También se incluyen muchos sistemas que se encuentran en vehículos de carretera modificados, como el control del aire acondicionado.

El producto proporciona mensajería CAN predefinida para una integración completa con otros productos MoTeC como registradores de pantalla, vídeo, módulos de distribución de energía, expansores, luces de cambio y mucho más.

El paquete está disponible en toda la gama de ECU de inyección directa M1 de MoTeC:

LICENCIA

COMPATIBILIDAD DEL VEHÍCULO

Este producto es un paquete de propósito general para el control del motor y no incluye mensajería CAN para sistemas de vehículos OE como dirección asistida, ABS, sistemas de arranque y salpicaderos.


CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL PADDLE SHIFT

  • Control de la caja de cambios de paletas para cajas de cambios secuenciales con actuadores conmutados.
  • La entrada de cambio de paletas puede cablearse o recibirse a través de CAN como interruptores de subida y bajada o como un único sensor lineal.
  • Bloqueo opcional para la selección de Netural y Reverse.
  • Control de actuador arriba/abajo, con tiempos de precarga que preceden a los cambios y tiempo de retención para engranar las marchas con seguridad.
  • Tiempo de oscilación mínimo/máximo configurable en los cambios descendentes.
  • Múltiples modos de cambio de marcha: manual, automático, modos de fallo, sólo selección de interruptor, desactivado.
  • Estrategia de cambio de marchas de bucle cerrado que incluye reintentos en caso de omisión de cambios.
  • Bomba de aire del actuador de cambio de marchas con control de la presión del aire.
  • Control por cable de la variación del acelerador con adaptación del régimen del motor.
  • Adaptación opcional de la variación del acelerador y el régimen del motor cuando el embrague está acoplado.

CARACTERÍSTICAS

  • Operates gasoline direct injected engines from 1 to 12 cylinders with inductive injectors and synchronous direct injection fuel pumps (M142 suits up to 8 cylinders). Refer to the Engine Compatibility section for known applicable engines.
  • Optionally configurable secondary (port injector) fuel control with a tuneable balance table. Only saturated (high-ohm) secondary injectors are supported in this hardware. Peak-hold (low-ohm) secondary injectors are not supported.
  • Optional alternative fuel operation for Flex Fuel using ethanol composition sensor, or Secondary Fuel operation on secondary injectors.
  • Configurable engine synchronisation mode for many common engine types. Refer to the Engine Synchronisation Modes section for current details.
  • Configurable top dead centre for each cylinder allows for odd-fire engines.
  • Configurable ignition output pin for each cylinder allows for coil-on-plug or wasted spark and distributor ignition systems.
  • Configurable on-board knock for each cylinder with up to 4 assignable knock sensors (hardware dependant) and 4 selectable centre frequencies.
  • Configurable camshaft control from 1 to 4 cams, plus 1 switched camshaft.
  • Configurable control of 1 or 2 synchronous direct injection fuel pumps, such as Bosch HDP5 or Hitachi HFS034.
  • 5 auxiliary outputs for PWM control of added actuators:
    • Duty cycle tables using Engine Speed and Throttle or Manifold Pressure Axes
    • Activation based on inlet manifold pressure or throttle position
    • Auxiliary Output 1 includes tables for Ignition Timing Compensation, Fuel Volume Trim and Mixture Aim
  • Dual bank lambda control supported; requires optional LTC with Bosch LSU4.9 sensor or LTCN with NTK sensor.
  • Physical settings for engine displacement, fuel density+molar mass, stoichiometric ratio and injector characteristics allow for simplified engine start-up prior to tuning.
  • Easy and fast engine tuning using engine efficiency map.
  • Engine load modelling based on inlet manifold pressure and inlet manifold temperature. Alternatively, for example, when using individual throttle bodies, throttle position can be used.
  • Fuel volume calculation considers delay effects resulting from the secondary (high) injector installation position.
  • Sensor calibrations available for many common automotive sensors.
  • Support for analogue and digital (frequency or duty cycle) sensors.
  • Transient fuelling compensation using physical modelling of fuel film.
  • Nitrous system with two activation stages and additional fuel pumps, bottle heater control and pressure sensor.
  • Transmission brake control (‘bump’) functionality for perfect positioning of cars.
